Description
Moudi tracker is a fitness app for tracking workouts to get the better results on exercising. In this application, the user should easily be able to sign up, log in, and start using the application and workout programs at ease. I designed it considering as a simple, easy to follow, and user-friendly app, so that even a user with a low knowledge of tech can follow the steps and have an enjoyable experience and work out with this app.
Process
First I searched about fitness tracker apps, talked to a personal trainer, and gathered all the information in a word document to rely on as a reference for my design info. Afterwards, I started doing some brainstorms and creating a mind map. Then sketched the thumbnails for designing the logo, icons, and tracking visual vector. The time I opt for my desirable sketches out of thumbs, I made the roughs to reach the best layout which is simple, minimalistic, and not complicated and interrupting. Thereafter, I started to design the application based on my sketches.
I designed the buttons, icons, and vector muscles showing on tracking page in Illustrator. The images for Sign Up and Tracking pages were required to be edited. So I edited them in Photoshop, working on colour balance and levels. Also, I transformed the original colour of the kettlebell in the Sign Up page into blue to keep the colour scheme consistent. After creating all the vector elements and retouching the images, it was time to perform my pages’ layout and finalize the design in Photoshop.
